You could easily go down the Lair of Kaos's Path of Fangs area, choosing the money then restarting the chapter over and over.

or you can just keep replaying the quicksilver vault lvl over and over again but only till you get to the bit where you have to push blocks then restart it over and over and its good xp too =]
