First let me say hi as I am new here and love the game, I made up a group on facebook in which my friends and I try to help each other get the last skylanders each other has and we only ask rather trade or for the sale cost, one on one trade normally but if it's a rarer like ruby red, silver gold etc we do feel it's okay to ask for a little cash extra as well lol.

Okay here is the glitch I am have with chop chop's soul gem. I raised him to level 10 in Kaos's lair got over $10,000 for upgrades as well but when I went to do his soul gem upgrade it said I don't have it yet a few days before hand I remembered finding it in shattered island and retrieving it plus I have his video on the system and everything. Is there any way of fixing this or do I just have to restart him of from scratch and raise him to level 10 again or worse restart the game? Also another quick question that I thought of since I only have the xbox version does the other consoles have any different levels? I know of the expansion pack ones but was wondering on 3ds, ps3 and the wii.

I would check if the soul gem is still there, then if that doesn't work reset him.

thanks, I know the soul gem isn't there as I thought the same thing. Sad I have to reset him hopefully it works.

Something like that happened to me,I was trying to get L-Rods Soul Gem with Whirlwind and I knew where it was,so I tried getting it and it wasn't there,I restarted the level with Wham-Shell and I found it

Can you believe the same thing happened to me with another Skylander, I forget which Soul Gem I was trying to get, but it wasn't there, so I restarted the level with another Skylander and it was there.

Just start a new game, grab the soul gem again, pass level 3 and it should fix itself.

same thing happened to me, except it said L chop chop didnt have the soul gem (but Choppy did) so i went back to the level it was in a couple times and even the place the soulgem was, and the game just magically fixed itself.

wow, well I just started a new game and swapped it over no big deal and oh the lightning rod glitch I found a way around it, just start a new game with him and it's there. For some reasons it is not on the first game you start but the second one it is.
