Okay:

Made a new file, completed Sunrise Spring and I managed to skip talking to Bianca by jumping on a rock then gliding to the waterfall, blah blah. I finished the whole level, gems and all, and Cloud Spires, Sheila's Alp and a few other places. I've got all the people to the balloon. Okay, so last world is Sunny Villa. I go in, come out, then Bianca turns up, threatens me, then leaves. All the time i'm thinking, where's the little dude from Sunny Villa? Cos he's supposed to take me to the balloon, isn't he? I have definately got all the people from the different worlds. I go to the balloon and the guy from Molten Crater says stuff about getting everyone from each world. Has this happened to anyone else?? It doesn't glitch up at all, the disc is hardly scratched, so...T__T

Many people are doing skip Bianca glitch, then finish every level, then do Sunny Villa. Effects are very different.
