Skylanders Giants Battlepack: Chop Chop, Shroomboom, Golden Dragonfire Cannon - EB Games Exclusive! (Australia)

I'm sorry to say, but we already know about the Battle Pack since two weeks ago.

But it's still nice to know that other places will be getting it and it's not a US exclusive

well not many would know it's in EB in aus, so it's not that old news
(but chaos did mention it before in the older topic)

its not even exclusive... gamestop here in the US will be getting it too, hate to rain on your parade.

To be honest, it's just another technique (like Cynder in the Starter Packs) to get people to buy all of the remodels:

A new Skylander + an old one + an arena piece unlocker just means you have an extra Chop Chop and for it to 'fit in your collection' you must have the other 31 remodeled Skylanders

What would be worse is if they said that the Shroomboom that was in the pack (non LC I think) was exclusve to the pack only...

yeah, its a psychological thing. but honestly, being the completionist i am, i will get the lightcore and non lightcore, as it is counted as a different figure in the coding, like an unpainted legendary. but i wont even consider collection the series two, maybe just one of each element. but doesnt it make more sense for the lightcores to not get a remodel? so instead of having three prism breaks, we can have one and a lightcore? so we can also have remodeled dino rang? whereas the new ones to not have a lightcore at all, so all skylanders can be remodeled and ready to drain a suckers wallet.

annd I don't mind if shroomy is not in a single, I'm getting this pack anyway. and I'm so glad it's at EB, not in GAME. (I go pass EB all the time)

I love Shroomboom! And Chop Chop! So i love this Pack! Can you preorder it with the game at EB?
Getting:
All giants
Triple packs C and D (Sprocket, and Flashwing)
Battle packs
LC of all available LC figures that are not in battle packs excluding eruptor
All new ones
S2 Spyro and Cynder

You can preorder it with the game at EB or *without* the game, which is what I did.

I am still naively holding out for a game preorder bonus from somewhere. And, no, don't say TRU as the Oz TRU are clueless and we never saw Legendary Triggs here or Blue Bash.

If I wanted the game piece badly enough, I would buy it and then just sell the Skylanders with it.

We did get Legendary Trigger Happy down here, I wasn't convinced myself until I saw it with my own eyes. And this was only a few months ago.

Okay, I stand corrected but I guarantee that TRU Australia will not have any proactive offer given that different store managers could not even agree on the existance of said Leg Triggs (and I do mean existance as 2 out of 3 stores I talked to denied it even physically existed).

Was wondering if anyone in Canada has been able to preorder this yet. Even the EBGames near me with the employee who's really knowledgeable about Skylanders hadn't heard of it being in Canada. I want my series 2 Chop-Chop danggit. >:/

That said, I would naively expect that getting someone in USA to do so is more viable?

I can confirm LTHs have been in Aussie TRUs since about at least two weeks ago, but they are still very, very unnessicarily frustrating to get compared to in America.

I expect all three pack pieces to be exclusive, but I'm honestly considering collecting absolutely everything again at this point anyway so it's not really a downside to me, and even if I'm not going to, I would have bought Chop Chop's repose anyway because he is really cool.

I have two of them on pre-order, might just collect the second.
