I went to game and the guy there said that all GAME stores had made a deal with activision about S:G and that it was top secret and even he didnt know!!

I'm pretty sure GAME and Gamestation are seperate from GameStop and EBGames. You can tell because the first two don't suck.

GAME and Gamestation suck enough to have gone into administration and then for the new management to have not learned from their mistakes ;-) Plus where they could, they shut down Gamestation stores in favour of GAME stores, but not before stripping pretty much every Gamestation store of their retro section.

I'm inclined to take everything the GAME company says with a pinch of salt for now; if they happen to show anything interesting, I may reconsider my preorders, but less than £30 for each game; I'm satisfied.

Well when Game when into administration, I remember reading that the company could be bought out by Gamestop...Round my area, they closed the Games and let he Gamestations open

They ended up getting bought by... Comet, I think it was? Which is why most Comet stores now no longer sell games and/or consoles.
