like the title says.
the game originally appeared, i believe, on Final Fantasy VIII on PSX. it's a virtual card game laid out in a 3x3 grid. each card has a rank on its four sides. elemental powers are involved. now there are many clones of this virtual card game for DSiWare, iOS, and probably other platforms.
so yeah, i'm surprised Activision hadn't thought of this yet.
darkSpyro - Spyro and Skylanders Forum > Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure > no Skylanders "Triple Triad" game yet? surprising!

He never said anything about a Skylanders reference in FF. He's saying that there should be a Skylanders version of Triple Triad, a virtual card game that happened to appear in one of the FF games.

But they are making a Skylanders card game.
No, it doesn't follow the Triple Triad rule set.
