Is the PC version of Skylanders more like the 360/PS3 version or Skylanders? Or more like the Wii version?

All the consoles you listed are basically the same game. They all have the same game-play, levels, and story.

I think what they mean is, because the PC, PS3 and 360 versions of the game are a port of the Wii version - they're all different than the Wii version but in small ways (like, some graphical things and glitches)

To answer the question, the PC version is the same as the PS3 and 360 version.

The PC version is like the PS3 and Xbox360 versions.
Only the Wii version has the weird statistical differences.
