i think i'm going to play through the whole thing from chapter 1 and see if i can add to my percentage. i think i'm somewhere near 77%, i forget. i also have about a dozen characters i bought since that time but never placed on the portal. ...i need to finish Kirby Mass (DS) attack first, though.

You probably just need to go and get the last few hats, treasure and chests.

You could also try to do a "Nuzlocke" of sorts for the game. Essentially, you'd choose from say..6 Skylanders, and once one dies, you can't use it for the rest of your playthrough. This'd get especially hard later on if you start to lose a bunch of the characters.

I'm going to have to try this once me and my brother get some new skylanders tomorrow.

Skylanderlocke is ridiculously hard,guys,if not impossible. I'm on a Nuzlocke run and even on Pokémon it's harder than hard to train,but having 90 levels less than normal and so many cheap deaths(Forgot about those mines in Troll Warehouse and Battlefield?Too bad!) it's just frustrating.
In my opinion,if you want to try one of those,try with 8 SKLers,one for each element. Six will result in a horrible wipe in the Boss Battles if you're not careful,even in normal runs.

...But I never really tried this challenge out,in all honesty. Might give it a try in Giants,and in the hardest difficulty just to make it more fun(it's not as emotionally challenging as in Pokémon,at least you keep the toy after the 'death'...)
