Problem with Skylanders save file [CLOSED]

So I have 28 figures all to my ownership, but my save file says 27 Skylanders. Is this a glitch? How can I fix it?

^ yeah, I got a toy fair cynder, and when I put it on it didn't count her as mine. (I didn't have cynder yet)

I'm sorry for you, I don't know how that happened. smilie
But here's what you can try. Do you know which Skylander isn't registered? If you go to its profile, go to "Manage", and then "Ownership", it should then count that Skylander as "Owned". Hope this helps!
