Ok, I thought it might be useful to have a list of nerfed characters in the game and how they are nerfed. I will update the list when new nerfs are posted. So, here is the list of nerfs so far:
Wii Nerfs
Ghost Roaster: Can only hit enemies once per use of skull charge.
Zap: Electrified sea slime becomes unelectrified eventually.
Cynder: Lightning has shorter range.
HD Console Nerfs
Ghost Roaster: Cannot create ghosts when he uses the skull charge on barrels, crates, etc.
Spyro: Takes longer to charge up ibex's wrath charge.
Double Trouble: Eldritch beam deals damage slower.
Sunburn: Flamethrower breath deals damage slower.
Lightning Rod: Grand lightning deals damage slower.
Cynder: Ghosts don't slow down opponents in Player Vs. Player.

HD console nerfs: Double trouble's eldritch beam attacks slower,sunburn's flamethrower attacks MUCH slower,lightning rods lightning attacks slower

On the Wii it's a lot harder to keep Zap's trail electrified... on the HD consoles you just zap the trail and keep tapping the slime button and it stays electrified indefinately... on the Wii it doesn't work like that.

On the HD consoles Cynder's ghosts don't slow enemies down in pvp but her lightning has more range.

it's not a spyro related nerf but chuck e cheeses just compleatly changed chucky and now he looks like skylanders got another star and ruined his image
