Console Exclusive Hats [CLOSED]

So... I'm curious about the console exclusive hats.

If you have, say, the PS3 version and put the Straw hat on a figure, then load it on the Wii, does the figure still have the Straw Hat?

Is there any known way to "unlock" the other system's exclusive hats on one system?
