I discovered a glitch in Zap's Heroic Challenge(#32, Break the Cats) that allows you to use the Hidden Treasure magic item over and over again in the same level. You had to first find the hidden treasure, and every time you destroyed a cat statue, it would come back and be able to be opened again. Each statue spawns about 250 gold, and there are 9 cats, so you can get about 2000 gold if you try to respawn the chest over and over again. I'm not sure if this works on all versions, but it worked with multiple characters on the Wii version for me.

It's Wii only. That's the only version that allows use of the magic items in heroic challenges.

But that seems like a great way to farm!

Ah man, that must make Double Trouble's a pain in the arse on the PS3/360 versions.

But it's easy if you don't have upgrades.

On the Wii version I'm going through Zap, Drobot, and Double Trouble's heroic challenges with every character before I upgrade them because fully upgraded Skylanders+ not destroying stuff= nightmare.

Oh, I do know this weird thing in Voodood's challenge. When you collect the book, you recieve 10 gold.

1 for every frakking cutscene they force you to watch. Makes sense.

Actually Double Trouble's challenge is extremely easy on the PS360 version as we get a lot less vases. It's really easy for nearly every Skylander (I hear Eruptor can be difficult but I don't have him) in most cases even when fully upgraded.

On a slightly off-topic note, Drobot's is actually harder as we have to kill more green chompies.
