Hello,

I have a skylander unregistered http://universe.skylanders.com/play now. Spyro will not work in the PC game. What can I do to work it again.
The game comes a white screen with tekst " A toy on the portal has a problem".

Please help me.

If you have the 3DS version of the game load it and save it on the 3DS.

If not, there's illegal utilities around that might work.

Last thing you can try is contact Activision and have them replace it.

The best thing for you to do; cus your cetainly not the only person to experience this issue. You'll need to get ahold of Activision and explain the issue to them, and they'll send you a replacement skylander figure that will most likely work for you.

Thats what everyone that I know of thats had this happen has done.

I wouldn't exactly recommened using/downloading any thing illegal, thats not the worlds best advice. No offense, but calling activision is probably the best course of action in a situation such as this.

last time I checked, you couldn't get replacements for wave 3 and on.
not sure if you can now tho, but im guessing you cant

You can get replacements for all 37 figures now now people will abuse the system more.....

I have found the problem. Spyro is dead(chip). I have contact Activision and I get a new one.
