I just wanted to know where you skylanders came from. Anywhere to a dark alley to the internet! If it was a variant or It came in a triple include that also. I would like it if you only posted stories that were funnny for example NOT "I bought my whirlwind off the internet". BORING!!!!! Post Away......

Okay here is mine.One day my friend ordered a pearl Hex and when it came is was normal and had no arms so he threw it away then the next day while he was very upset his mom brought him to gamestop and suprise he found a normal Hex.He bought it but he still wants a pearl Hex for display

My son got his first SL for free - before the game even came out.

They were having market research into the game and a friend of his found out about it; this friend invited my son along.

My son came home with an Eruptor.

My story of sunburn

One day te day be for sunburn came out where i live. I checked the store and they said they wernt getting any so the next day i went and they had none so i thought they would come tommorow. So i got the next day and theres nothing i ask the store and they said they did have some yesteday. So i spend the next hour phoneing tru's hearing "we have no sklanders" or "one moment please" untill i found a tru that had sunburn. Then i go on i 30 minute drive and find sunburn.

In January i had an impulse to call tru looking for wave three and decided to ask about the legendaries. Lady came on the phone and said the only skylander product they have on th shelf is one legendary triple pack...put on my jacket and picked up my friend, drove through a huge snow storm to tru. Parked in the middle of the parking lot since we couldnt see any lines and rushed into the store to claim my pize

I rang around stores for a month in a 200km radius to try and find wham-shell, I found one that would require a 2 hour trip there on a train and a 2 hour trip back, i went and got it.

One day in China, there was some plastic. A Chinese guy who makes less in a month than you make in a day molded it into something looking mildly like a dragon and it was painted and tagged with a chip. It was packaged and sat in a warehouse for some time. I later ordered it from Gamestop and it arrived at my doorstep. And that is the origin of my Sunburn.

Strangest Skylanders origin for me is that I went to Toys 'R' Us for Dragon's Peak at 10 a.m., when normally I'd have slept in on a Sunday. Heh.

Shortly after Christmas I went into a local Walmart looking for Pirate Seas and was getting annoyed that all i could find was Darklight Crypt. Of course, there were no Skylanders in electronics and was going to leave the store. For whatever reason I decided to go toys and lo-and-behold there was a P.S. sitting in behind a couple of cheap water guns!

I must have been the happiest girl, heck the happiest person, in that whole store. To this day, that is my only lucky find.

i chased a UPS truck to gamestop to get lightning rod and zook.
literally drove behind the ups truck, from a strip mall that was a few miles away. then when it entered the shopping area where the gamestop was, i parked in front of the gamestop waiting for their delivery to come. after the ups truck was done doing the other stores, he delievered a few boxes to the gamestop, i rushed in and got my lightning rod and zook straight from the box.

ppl have laughed that i followed the UPS truck before.
also that strategy paid off (once you know the time of the deliveries you just wait in front of the store) and thats how i got my camo and warnado.

Thanks my friend finally got that pearl hex but will not show it to me but I know he has it but now he lives in Germany so I will never see it
