What is the progression of the Rising Rock pillar? [CLOSED]

I'm curious if anyone knows at what level completion adds to how high it will rise?

Like
Complete Falling Forest for 3 element high column
Complete Goo Factory for 4 element high column

and ect I have no idea, and before I start a new game to find out I'm curious if anyone here knows.

I know it continues to gain other element blocks until it gets all 8 of them on there. After that, it won't pop up any more.
