With all the heavy handed conversations that have been going on this board lately and since they are all finally out I thought it might be fun to form the ultimate elemental dream team. So let's get this started, list your best Elemental Dream Team below. The reasons would be great but try to provide the spec. at the very least...here we go: (some of the path names are made up but I'm sure you'll figure it out)
Tech: Boomer - Ground Pounder (his upgraded ground pound stuns as well as does 100 damage and he has an arching attack)
Magic: Double Trouble - Staff Path (he's a positron accelerator that auto targets and has a triple shot nuke of ultimate doom...nuff said)
Water: Gill Grunt - Super Soaker Path (unlimited water gun that knocks back and can fire a crapton of exploding sea flotsam is win in my book)
Fire: Flame Slinger - Pyro Path (once he makes the circle of death it's basically game over for anything on about 80% of the screen...and he's fast)
Life: Stealth Elf - Blade Path (It's simple really since the floating swords of "I win" are a no brainer and to make things even cheesier she auto heals)
Earth: Bash - "I crush you" Path (His ability to increase in size and roll through enemies makes him a win)
Undead: Cynder - Ghost Dash Path (Her ability to dash through enemies while doing damage and taking none in return is pretty trump)
Air: Sonic BOOM - BOOM!!! Path (The resonating echo does a lot of damage and will destroy groups of baddies with ease)
I feel this team has a good balance of Melee, Crowd Control, and Fire Power to get any job done. O.k. your turn.

Fire : Ignitor (Soul of the Flame) -- This character/build has steadily grown on me, and now is probably my favorite in the game regardless of element.
Air : Warnado -- Even though I haven't tried him yet, he remains my one hope for an Air champion I actually like to play. Here's hoping... Earth : Dino Rang (Grand Boomerang Master) -- Criminally underrated, Dino Rang stands toe-to-toe with the best in PVP and is no slouch in story mode either. Tech : Drill Sergeant (Megadozer) -- Unless Wii is your system of choice, he's lightning fast. Does respectable damage as well, by combining his abilities. Magic : Voodood (Marauder) -- Second only to Stealth Elf for overall melee damage; my team's token brawler. Undead : Ghost Roaster (Skull Master) -- 58 damage charging attack? Check. Highly abusable in PVP on PS360? Double check. Life : Zook (Floral Defender) -- Yes, I know that Stealth Elf is better, but perhaps that's actually why I prefer Zook to begin with. She's a little too good. It's like the whole Mewtwo thing, all over again... Water : Wham Shell -- For the same reasons as Warnado. I just haven't enjoyed Water as an element so far, and hope the last one can change all that. |

See if I went for personal favs rather than balance/performance your picks would be almost exactly to what I would pick lol. Dinorang is totally underrated. I love to use his bouncy-long rang boomarangs to take out baddies. If they get too close, BAM!!! Earth Trap. Voodood is AMAZING, no other way to put it. The Marauder path makes him damn near unstoppable...lol I named mine Thrall since Voodood is an Orc Shaman lol...yeah I'm a nerd. Ghost Roaster is an engine of destruction down the Skull Master path for sure. The only reason I didn't pick him was because I already took Bash and he serves a similar role. Zook is another one that just puts out soooo much damage, especially down that art. path...he's simply a ranged beast. Wham-Shell is one I wanted to put on my list but I haven't played him yet. I already love him but Warnado has already disappointed me and I don't know if I can take another heart break like that. So yeah your team is pretty much my team of favs. |

Life:stealth elf (pook blade saint) - she is amazing, with her unbelievable melee damage, and health regeneration. Her speed is also top class. My only problem with her is lack of range. She can close in fast with her speed though.
Undead:cynder (shadow dancer) - I love how you can just go right through people just leaving ghosts behind to do your bidding. Her lightning attack just didn't cut it for me. She also has the ability to fly so I like using her as a hit and run type. Fire:sunburn (flame lord) - I think ignitor will be better, but unfortunately I haven't stumbled upon him yet. I do enjoy sunburn though. The teleportation is good, and becomes a very unfair guessing game for the opponent. After burning the opponent with that I like to team it up with a Phoenix dash, or his flame thrower. It becomes a very good combination. Water:slam bam (glacier yeti) - He is good because although he is slow, he can catch his opponent in ice , and use his slide to get in close to wallop on the opponent. This combination tops his slowness, and becomes quite effective. Earth:terrafin (sandhog) - You can't hurt what you can't touch. While down this path terrafin can cause damage with his fin, while it is impossible to do damage to him. He can also launch mini sharks to slow down the opponent, while he can still get power ups from under ground. Air:warnado (eye of the storm) - His defense is very high, especially while in the flying tornado. This also opens up a variety of attacks. He can launch the mini- warnados at the opponent as well as do a ground pound with pretty decent damage. The tornado sadly though really isn't very strong. However it is mostly unneeded. Magic:double trouble (channele) - He becomes a mid range dynamo dealing non stop damage while strafing. If anyone can get in quickly enough before they die by the beam, double trouble has the arcane bombs that do almost two hundred damage within a few seconds. His doubles are really only good for slowing down, and catching up to opponents in order to use your beam. Tech: Trigger happy (golden frenzy) - Take cover! Trigger happy is a terror with his mounted machine gun from long range. For medium range he can use his golden throw attack for decent damage, as well as knock back attacks. If anyone comes in close all you have to do is run away and spam bullets. Since they bounce at least a couple are bound to hit your opponent until they lose your trail. |

God damn we're too alike. Literally, out of your whole list, the only difference for me would be Tech. Instead of Dill Sergeant, Drobot. Everything else is the same, lol.

My dreamteam's in my signature, but I'll explain some of them
(shadow dancer) can be a bit unpredictable for opponents. If they're shooting/firing at me, I dash out of the way and a bit towards them, so I can dash under them to behind them to zap with lightning a bit before shadow dashing under once they turn to me. Once they see the pattern, I switch a bit and dash around to (try to) confuse them a bit, before going in for the kill. The ghosts left behind can also slow enemies down a bit and do damage too. Using the above tactic, the enemy could be in the middle of a swarm of ghosts. Whilst the ghosts don't do too much damage, every bit counts, so maybe set up lines of ghosts every here and there to border off some routes, until you corner them (if possible) and they have no other option than to go through the ghost path. (grand boomerang master) controlling the boomerangs in mid-air can work out to be kinda long range and good for reaching round corners, and dancing boomerangs keeps them from breaking if they hit walls. Plus you can control them for a decent time. Boomerang shield is close range, but not too close so if they start getting close, use boomerang shield before they get to you. It does multiple rounds of damage, so if they run from boomerang shield, chase them a bit. I don't always use stonefist traps, but they have their uses if you want to make your opponent think about where they go/step. So if they're chasing you, set up traps along the route they're taking to make them change direction, or walk right into them if they don't notice them. (marauder) an absolute powerhouse with this path - the A, A, hold A combo (wii controls) does 94 damage usually, but with 91 elemental power + wizard hat, meaning 116 elemental power, it does just over 200 damage in elemental zone or against undead in PvP. zipline axe can tag fleeing opponents, doing damage and reeling you in for the chance to do more damage with the axe. A, A, hold B combo mixes things up as it's a bit of a ranged attack. as for the spin combo, it's good for when you get surrounded in story mode, although it doesn't seem to hit smaller enemies like chompies and flame imps. again, I don't use magic tripwires too much, but they can be used like cynder ghosts-to border off certain routes, but the tripwires do a better job of it. I beat my friend's prized hex every time with voodood. (clockwork dragon) I've heard Great things about the master blaster path, and I'm considering resetting to choose the other path, but for now i've decided to stay with the bladegear path, as I'm satisfied with it and find it interesting. The bladegears do quite a bit of damage and explode, so the AoE could hurt the opponent if the actual bladegear doesn't quite catch them. the lasers travel very far and fast - they go across the whole screen until they hit a wall, enemy or something else. They're very rapid-fire too, doing a decent amount of damage in a reasonable time, even without the master blaster path. afterburners are very useful at close quarters-doing a lot of damage on start-up and allowing you to make a fairly quick getaway. Chucking bladegears backwards while fleeing will hinder enemies further, allowing you to run away whilst still doing damage. Hover mode could be used for when you're taking cover and want to peek out to sneak in some bladegears or lasers. Probably my main projectile user. So, after 15 minutes of thinking and typing, my analysises are done! Well, for now, as I may update this post or make a new one when I have the final four I need for my dreamteam.
