Help!!! Trying to get crystal eye in cyclops tower. Killed all enemies and poles around crystal won't go down and can't get out of room.

its a glitch.. you just have to play it again....

Happened to me the first time i played through. Just do it over again and it should work.
Also, I'm pretty sure the Chompies hidden in the barrels off to the side also count, so makes sure you get rid of them too.
