I am new to this forum and I am not sure if this problem has occurred before. But here it is.

I have a profile (will call this profile A) where I have completed the game and defeated Kaos but do not have all 3 stars completed in many of the levels but do have all soul gems found but only the face of Dinorang which is a double up. I have no treasure chests found in the Lava lakes Railway level.

I also have another profile(will call this profile B) where I have all of the faces of 28 Skylanders with soul gems (had to reset all of them a while ago as some of the faces were in both profiles A and B) and have completed 92% of the game. In this profile I have obtained 3 stars in all levels up to the Lava Lakes Railway. I have collected the first two treasure chests on this level yesterday and then once finished went back and collected the one on near the blocks but once finished for the second time it states that I have only found 2 of them. I redid the entire level and have completed everything but no treasure chests could be found. Even tried resetting the Wii and entered profile B again and redid this chapter and still the same result.

Later in the day I went into profile A and obtained all 3 treasure chests in the Lava Lakes Level and was able to get all 3 stars as well, but as i mentioned above only have one Skylander in this profile and only competed 29% of the game in this one.

I do not want to have to reset all of my Skylanders again and delete profile B and make my way through all profile A if I can help it.

I have also completed profile B now and have obtained most of the stars from the other levels past the Lava Lakes but still no luck with the missing treasure chest.

Has someone come across this problem and know of a solution as I an afraid it may stop me getting 100% completion of the game?

dont bother with the 3 stars on every level, dragon's peak is glitched and you wont be able to get it no matter what you do.
this game really needs some polishing.

That is incorrect in regards to Dragon's Peak. You just have to kill all the enemies. Not a particularly easy thing to do given there are two "secret" flight paths.

To answer the OP, you simply have to "claim ownership" of your Skylanders in profile A. This won't affect your collection in profile B, and will add to your collection in profile A. Just load profile A, place a Skylander on the portal, go into the menu and "claim ownership". The game will add it to your collection.

All I now need to do is find out how I can obtain all three treasure chests in the Lava Lakes Railway in profile B, or even reset the chapter if that is possible.

yeah dragon's peak isn't glitched. completed the enemy goal yesterday. also you can have 100% without dragon's peak

I also have 3 stars on dragons peak!

If you find 2 chests in that level pop on the Pirates treasure chest and that will count as your third when you find it.

to zing and voodood: are you useing the xbox? because i have yet to see someone that got all thee stars on the xbox.
now i dont mean checkmarks at the end of the level, i allways had all them.
its the middle star in the menu that dont fill in.

Tried the pirate seas treasure chest in the Lava Lakes Railway level, but still did not give me all of the treasure chests.

I have now completed 98% of the game all and levels up to the Kaos level all with 3 stars except for the Lava Lakes Railway where I can still not get all 3 treasure chests.
Not sure what else to try, other than working my way through another profile?

I have now completed all levels and defeat Kaos in profile B with all stars in all 26 levels except the Lava Lakes level due to missing one treasure chest and only have 98% complete and unable to get the last 2 accolades.

From memory this is the order of how I collected and what I did. I collected the one near the soul gem first and completed the level, second time through I collected the one near the blocks and then completed the level and it stated that it had collected 2/3 Treasure chests. Went through again and put on the Pirate Seas Treasure chest and collected it near the end of the level . Played it again still trying to get the no lives lost and the best time but did not collect the Pirate Seas Treasure chest and found and collected the one up passed the spell punk and the bomb, but on completion of the level this time it still says I only have 2/3 Treasure Chests. Went back through and all of them are gone. Reset the Wii no change and also used the Pirate Seas Treasure chest in this level but no change.

Hope this helps finding a solution.
