So I've been thinking about the Lava Kings in Skylanders, and how they look very similar to Eruptor, and I think I have a theory.

We know that Eruptors are a species (with Kaos having his own evil version and whatnot), and I was thinking that perhaps Eruptors become Lava Kings when their magma-like bodies harden due to exposure to the air or something, which is why they cannot melt into a pool of lava and why they are a darker colour. And their horn and 'arms' have ruptured due to pressure from hot air inside their now carapace like body, not even being molten anymore. That would explain why they shoot fire at you rather than lob lava. And the fire imps... Well... I don't know. Maybe fire Imps are actually baby Eruptors that become an eruptor if they've been in contact with a lot of molten rock and have absorbed it into their bodies. (or the Lava Kings just like to put the fire imps in their head... but I prefer the former idea as it's far less creepy).

Another theory I had, regarding the amount of crossbreed Dragons (Sunburn, Whirlwind, Camo) is that Dragons are extremely fertile, or they have magic blood or something that allows their DNA to be crossed with an entirely different species, something that no other species has.

And maybe Bamzookers are a subspecies of Ent, closer relating to Bamboo rather than trees...

Have you guys had any other theories regarding the species in Skylanders, perhaps a Skylander or an enemy? Post them here if you've had any other ideas.

My theory is that Terrafin speaks with a British accent. Like a bare-knuckle brawler from London and all that.

Yes, I know about that The Beginning trailer, but Wrecking Ball talked in that too and look how canon that was.

Plus, it's pretty much canon that Drill Sergeant is his side-kick. So we can have like a Holmes & Watson sort of thing. Only with punching instead of detective work.

In the world of D&D humans are capable of breeding with the majority of species to make (possibly not by consent) half-orc, half-elf, half-dragon, half-kobold (little lizard creature), half-celestial (angel creature), half-giant, half-merfolk and half-undead (I don't want to think about this one).

You having that in mind, I'm sure Skylands has some sort of humans to make half-elves at least. Eon looks pretty human anyway. I have noticed that Drow wizards and Drow with sticks have longer ears than Flameslinger and Steath Elf, so those two could either be just young Drow/elves or half-elf.

I just wonder if Chompies grow up do they become Mammoths?
