Within minutes of opening Cynder, her tail tip broke off. It was recommended to me that I file a claim with Activision as the figures are under warranty for defects or breakage. I went to the website and it was rather easy. For whatever reason, Cynder was not available in the list of figures (none of wave 4 is), so instead I filed a claim for Hex, since my Hex is now missing her right arm (kids bent it a few too many times and it has broken off). The instructions are pretty vague, but the site claims I will receive an RMA package in the mail in 7-10 days.
I am curious what this RMA package will contain. Well it have a new Hex figure, and I just return the broken one? Will it just be an empty box for me to return the broken one first? Anyone else here went through this process?
