I just purchased Zook today, and his trading card and online code were missing from his package. What course of action should I take to get these 2 items replaced? Thanks in advance!

Hmm.. Probably call Activision about it. I'm sure they could issue you a replacement for those.

Yeah, it was really strange because the sticker was still in there, but it was all crumpled. I went on Activision's customer support website, but it's not even showing that Zook has been released yet

I would first call their customer support line as that will give you the fastest response; however, if you find you don't have a lot of time, try Activision Customer Support online. Create an account and submit a question. I've found their customer support to be reliable and efficient.
