Using the previous polling data on favorite characters within each element, I seeded the figures based on what percentage of votes each character received within their element. For example, Whirlwind received 476 out of 1,804 votes for favorite air element character, or 26.39% of the vote. Spyro received 477 out of 1,902 votes for favorite magic element character, or 25.08% of the vote. So, even though Spyro received more votes than Whirlwind, he is seeded lower because his percentage is lower. Granted, some elements have extra characters (like the legendaries or Dark Spyro), which skewed the numbers, but it's not really important to get this thing started. Anyway, after seeding the figures 1 through 37, here is the bracket:

Now, here's how this will work. I will list each round's matchups, and users here need to state the matchup(s) they are referencing, and state their winner. You can use whatever criteria you want to decide why you are awarding that character a victory in the matchup (looks, attacks, gender, more letters in their name, etc.). Once a certain number of votes have been cast in a matchup (totally depends on the response this gets - could be a low threshold, could be pretty high), I will declare a winner and wait for all of the matchups in that round to finish. Then we will repeat for the next round with all new matchups. Simple enough, right?
You can pick and choose which matchups you want to vote on (i.e. you don't have to vote on each matchup in the current round).
Giddy up.
