right well this is my first try at writing a story so please dont hate me if its not any good.These chapters,to anyone who wants to read it, will proberley only be coming up every few days as I dont have that spark that better writers than I have.sorry about that

Chapter the First-Deathwhoa?

'Hey Deathripper wait up you now your faster than me,' the small dragon said
'We don't have time to waste!The Elders will be picking candidates for their apprentices in 2 hours,and if we don't make it we will have to wait another 200 years for this opportunity to come around again,' the slightly larger dragon,Deathripper paused ' And I really doubt I will live that long Goldenwing ,' The younger dragon Goldenwing looked at him with her beautiful blue eyes 'Look Deathripper, you know as well as anyone that becoming an Elder's apprentice is my goal in life but you are getting much to stressed about this contest its only another 10 miles and like you said we have 2 hour's lets just stop and rest for five minutes and maybe fetch a small meal?' Upon hearing this Deathripper sighed
'I suppose your right its just if I don't get to the temple in time then my lifelong dream will be crushed............ but your right,' he continued 'We really should get something to eat.I was in such a rush this morning I forgot to have breakfast...'

Deathripper had gone to catch some fish for Goldenwing and himself.At times like this when he was alone he could let his feelings for Goldenwing show without fear of her ,or anyone else for that matter, noticing.Gosh he loved her,though when she was around he tried to hide it, there was many a time when he wondered if Goldenwing felt the same way but then shook the thought away from himself for fear of rejection.Even if she doesn't love me he thought to himself I love her and I will do everything in my power to protect her!Just as he aproched the small river he heard a scream of pure terror followed closely by Goldenwing calling his name he raced back to where he'd last seen her and there she was.....covered head to foot in deep cuts and black bruisis and stood out against her golden skin 'GOLDENWING,' Deathripper shouted as he ran towards her 'He...Help me,' was all Golden wing managed as her consciousness left her.

A small deformed gremlin scampered into the presence of its equally deformed master 'YOU DARE ENTER MY PRESENCE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!?' The Master bellowed
'I beg your forgivness Master, but I bring bad news. The inadequate assassin we dispatched to rid of this Deathripper's loved ones, has returned expecting payment with but an ignorant excuse for not completing his work my master.'
'AND YOU YOU OF ALL PEOPLE COME TO SEE ME WITH SUCH INSIGNIFICANT NEWS AND EXPECT ME TO FORGIVE YOU!?!? ME WHO KNOWS NO MERCY! ME WHO KILLED WHO KILLED A MILLION TO GET TO THIS POSITION AND KILLED MILLIONS MORE TO KEEP THIS POSITION!' The Master then lowered his voice to then make it sound even more terrifyingly threatening 'AND ME WHO'S ONLY WANT RIGHT NOW IS TO TEAR YOUR FLESHY THROAT OUT!' He finished. By this time the gremlin had grown paler than any shade of white 'Please don’t kill m...' He was interrupted by the blade of his masters tail perpetrating his scabby chest.

Deathripper flew through the silent midday air with Goldenwing on his back, his fear of her demise lending him speed and strength. I have to make it to the temple He thought to himself If I let her die... he stopped thinking about it.A mere few minutes later he approached the dragon temple of Warfang. This temple he knew was built as a replacement for the one destroyed during the war with Maleofor and had far surpassed the beauty and glory of its former ruins.Deathripper new the temple well and not hesitating made a dash for the infirmary!At the sight of Goldenwing's current state many dashed ahead to infirmary to notify the staff!

Deathripper awoke. Another nightmare that plagued his mind like a disease. He couldn't rid himself of them, all he could see during his fitful sleeps was the life fading from his Goldenwings sapphire eyes, being completely helpless to stop it. The feeling of dread seeped through his body before collecting into an ice cold thing in his center.He thought about what the medic ,Ember, had said before Goldenwing was rushed to the emergancy room.She had sounded urgent when she said Goldenwing might not make it.In a futile attempt to think about somthing other than Goldenwing he switched his troubled thoughts to the tournament which had been temporarily postponed as murder attempts like Goldenwings had been happening all over the kingdom of Warfang ,which had expanded rapidly after the war with Maleofor finally finished for good.He lay himself back down and after what seemed like an eternity he finally drifted off to an uneasy sleep where all his dreads and fears came true...

A large dark dragon told his partner in the shadows 'You have hired me to do a job and it shall be done as you said, I just need more time!' The other dragon replied in an equally cold voice'Other than this job I do have an assassins reputation to gather in case you have forgotten,' He continued
'If you wish to live then you will not talk to me like that again,but back to why we are meeting here because I have to tell you I could easily just go to a more equip assassin with this job!' then another person stepped near them but this was not a dragon this was a human! The newcomer then spoke 'Sorry i'm late,' he said with a thick Texan accent 'But I herd what you just said and going to remind cause you maya missed it the first time I am a hitman DELUXE and I keep my promises...' Billy-Ray Sanguine stepped into a shard of moonlight '...By the end of the week me an this guy will of killed Spyro and all of Warfang will claim you as their leader,'
