Just posting to let everyone know that Legendary Trigger Happy has officially crossed the border, and that U.S. Toys 'R' Us stores are getting large shipments. Our local TRU received 80 of them today, and there were tons on the shelves when we arrived. This should be the case in more or less all stores, as I have no reason to believe this was a localized incident. Happy hunting!

Which Toys R Us? Where?

Lewisville, Texas. But it seems to be a chain-wide thing. They came on a special truck today, actually, and not on the usual Thursday shipment. You should get out and check your store, because I suspect this is a national event.

80 L-Trigs?! That's a lot! Def calling my TRU.

Yes, 80. The truck came at noon, and when we arrived at 7:30, there were still 40+ sitting on the shelves. It was a huge shipment of just the one figure, and if they could send that many to podunk Lewisville, and our mediocre-at-best Toys 'R' Us, imagine what the good ones are getting. XP

Two of my three TRU's got them today as well. One had 48, the other had 60+.

My TRU said that they got 3 new ones yesterday but that they sold out like 30 min after putting them out. They also said that they might get some tomorrow and to check the rest of this week.

I hope prices drop on amazon for L-TG, closest TRU is 70 miles from me (the wonderful part of living in the mid-west) L-TG was $65 bucks early yesterday and is at $31 today.... wont buy until it drops under $15....

Sweet deal! I will definitaly stop in tomorrow if not i will call thursday since its the 1st of March. If that fails i know they get their trucks in on friday any word on Dragon's Peak though?

The employee said to check on Thursday. This seems to be what everyone else is saying, as well. And honestly, I don't see why they would want to waste a second of their 30-day exclusive by not having it on the shelves, but then, you never know with businesses like these. The fact that not a single one has leaked to eBay is somewhat foreboding for an actual Thursday release, as you'd expect at least one store, or one employee, or one person who intercepts it in shipping, or ANYONE, to have one on auction if the release date is really less than 48 hours away.

But we'll see. Hopefully, my pessimism is unwarranted.

Although no shops around here sell Skylanders, I hope when Legendary Trigger Happy reaches the UK, that they'll go about it this way.

The R Us brand is actually very careful about their employees stealing, it's ridiculous. Before i leave work i actually have to check my backpack and pat down my coat to make sure i'm not stealing merchandice and they do this for everyone. I dont know what its like at the distribution center but any leak wouldnt come from a store >.< but then again you never know lol i am excited for both but that dang limit may stop me from getting both at once :/

It's not just "black market" leaks like these, there's also the whole issue of them randomly showing up in, say, Canada the way Legendary Trigger Happy did. You'd think one store, somewhere, would just break the release date for no good reason, and we'd have seen the results of that on eBay by now.

Hmm thats true, i know the one by me wouldnt break the release date. Tru is very stict -.- but they are at least helpful with information, or at least to me anyways sice i work at bru.

Snagged mine this morning at TRU in Alexandria VA, there were still a good 20 or so... along with tons of Hex, Boomer, Dino Rang, Zap, Wrecking Ball and Eruptor. No Dragon's Peak "yet" but was told to try again tomorrow...

The thing that bugs me with the exclusives is that its not like there is a TRU on every corner , look at bellingham they dont even have one and I think the first one is lynnwood and it 2hours away. That is one reason why the prices of the exclusives will stay high regardless.

I'm going to call my TRU in the afternoon.

Can someone pick one up for me? The TRUs I've called all are saying they haven't got him yet? I'll pay you for him plus shipping? PLEASE?

Mine had nothing today. Tomorrow there is no way they will have anything either. They said they didnt even get any in today and dont expect any tomorrow. Activision sucks at releasing these figuresit really makes me mad

Can someone who already got it post the barcode number or the number that shows on the receipt? It might help some of us when we call the local TRU to ask. Thanks

I cant find any adventure packs, prism break or voodood. No way TRU will have trig or wave 4 anytime soon for me lol.

I called my TRU this morning and no luck. The employee on the phone said they had the "old ones."

Nothing in mine. I'll call around 5PM - 6PM which is around when the UPS trucks deliver here. If not I'll call tomorrow at the same time because they don't get their trucks on thursday.

Nothing in Phoenix, AZ area so far. Had them look in the inventory system. That 6500 that was in the national warehouse was down to about 1/2 of that and they said that there are orders in the system for over 12000! :-O Grab them while you can as I see shortages looming.

I called my TRU today since people are reporting LTH showing up... the lady told me they dont make a LTH and they only come in the 3 pack and TH isnt one of them. I told her to trust me, they make him and he will be released soon. She will know him soon enough. She then told me that the skylanders shipments come on Thursday for there store (which I believe because I picked up EoI about two weeks ago from them and it was a Thursday morning and i got one out the box before they shelfed it or stocked it. It was on the floor infront of the skylander display) She then told me that there warehouse reported a stockpile order that came in of 60,000 yes she said 60,000 although she didnt know what it was. I assume that was nationwide.... (has to be). So she said be on the lookout in the next week or so, they should have plenty of stock... I was wondering if this could be LTH or possibly Dragons peak? We shall see soon... but I will be going tom after work to see if they recieved anything from this stockpile....

Not a single one available in Kansas city area of Missouri or central MS. Guessing they exhausted the supply to other stores and didn't have enough to get them to the remaining stores.

Some of the first runners that came out actually had the cards backwards in there, so you just saw the white/blue "Skylanders" logo.

Pretty cool that there's some variations though. Makes collecting during downtime more fun.

There were a ton in Scottsdale as of last night

I found a lot of them today in North Carolina. Still haven't seen any Legendary three packs since before Christmas, though.

Arrowhead TRU in Glendale AZ has LTH right NOW. Scalpers are hanging around but they are enforcing qty limits.

Probably due to scalpers being there. TRU corporate stated there are no limits to how many Skylanders one can buy at the store. Still, though, that store probably knows who the scalpers are, so while around, they will institute that policy. That, or the manager didn't get the memo.

About 15 to 20 here in Saint Louis, MO Toys R Us availible.
