1. Super Bonus Round

2. Fireworks Factory

3. Crystal Islands

4. Haunted Tomb

5.Desert Ruins

Hmm. What a coincedence. They're all in Midnight Mountain except for
Fireworks Factory. smilie

I think Enchanted Towers(SKATEBOARDING!!), Charmed Ridge, Bamboo Terrace, Fireworks Factory, Frozen Altars and Crystal Mines are awesome.
