Problem with soul gem/video screen [CLOSED]

2 of our figures are not showing on the Skylanders screen where you watch the preview videos. Terrafin and Whirlwind, any ideas why?

Yeah we have all soul gems except Sunburn.

You most likely don't have the ownership set on that save file.

Really? How do I do that? Is it easy to change?

Yeah, just go into the Skylanders Info menu and, where you can change the hat/nickname of your Skylander, there is a button that says 'Ownership'.

I've had that problem once
I learned that 'Owership' option sooner or later, and soon stuck with having all my Skylanders saved on the same game file.

So what happens if you have different Skylanders saved to different files? Can you still play multiple saves even if all you Skylanders are saved to 1 main save?
