Time completion on Lair of Kaos? [CLOSED]

I've whipped through the regular level and it STILL doesn't give me the time completion check(which oddly enough shows BEFORE the Kaos battle). Any suggestions?

You really gotta whiz through there. Try to avoid fighting enemies as much as possible. Just grab the keys and keep moving.

Best thing to try is Stealth Elf with the Lil' Devil hat and just blast through the level. The actual "level" you're getting the check for is the Lair; The Kaos Battle is basically Part B of the Chapter.

I just timed it and I am using Bash with the Unicorn hat. I dont have stealth elf, but I will put the lil devil hat on Bash and use his roll technique as I have upgraded it to continue to roll longer.

DID IT!! I have 3 stars on all levels except dark light crypt. Used your strategy with devil hat and avoiding the fights and cleared it with 4 seconds to spare. Thanks.
