Toys for bob has been around for a very, very long time.
way back when they created this little number called Star control 2, one of the very earliest pc games (DOS and all that)
it basically founded the "many civilizations" school of thought within RPGS, and directly influenced games like mass effect.

anyway, notice how persephone speaks a little....strangely? like her lines are being sent through babelfish to Swahili and back to english or something?

by the by, play star control 2. there's a standalone executable for windows renamed "the ur-quan masters". it's a VERY, VERY GOOD GAME. and toys for bob needs to make, if not a sequel, perhaps an xbox live arcade remake, something for god's sake
