My sister just pointed out to me that trigger happy is just like a leprechaun. trigger happy has a pot of gold, he has coins, He is short, he has pointy ears and he always says,"mine mine mine".

If he wore green and had an Irish accent you might be onto something. Especially if he said things like, "they're magically delicious" or "clean as a whistle."

He is a gremlin.

Gremlin? What is that.

Either a famous movie monster or a made up fairy-like being that messes with WW2 equipment.

Triggs is a monster, although he shares some qualities with a rabbit or dog. You can't really classify him as anything..he's more of an it.

When I get home from classes, I promise to make a St. Pattys day Trigger Happy. Haha

Trigger happy is suppose to be a gremlin, a type of faerie folk know for pulling pranks and causing general mischief. In world war 2 they where blamed for un explained plane and other equipment malfunctions, as well as what some pilots called some strange glowing orbs that some ww2 pilots saw in the air. They are also the main characters of 2 WB movies Gremlins, and Gremlins2: the new batch. The main character being a preform gremlin or mogwai named Gizmo. The main bad guy in film one is a gemlin named stripe for his white mohawk, and in the sequal it is a gemlin named mohawk for the same reason. However when mohawk evolves into a gemlin his mohawk is no longer hair.

well the gameis full of hybrids (dragon-plant, dragon-unicorn, ecc) so i assume trigg is a gremlin-leprechaun

Trigger Happy is a gremlin gunslinger who is one of the main 32 playable Skylanders in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. He has a Legendary counterpart called Legendary Trigger Happy.

The ears and colour scheme always reminds me of Snarf from Thundercats.

^ I wonder why I didn't notice that, he does look similar to Snarf. When I first got the game, I named Trigger Happy Gizmo. It's a good name for him not only because he's a gremlin but it's also a good tech name. I'm probably going to name L. Trigger Happy Stripe.
