The only way to get the stickers is from their packages (Singles, Triple Packs, Expansions and the Starter kits)

Would be nice if Activision had an online store for Skylanders to buy not only their product, but also individual things.

Alternatively, there's some stickers in the Guide Book if you want those.

I have encased mine in carbonite and stored it in a safety deposit box to ensure that it is MIB and retains its resale value.

But seriously, I am at work so can't check - by memory it only has picture stickers ando not the stickers with char names on them, correct?
