For the 9th Winged Sapphire, I know its in that smoking crater. Theres always smoke coming out of it, so I can't go down. It always makes me jump. How do you make the smoke disappear? Also, another question for the path upgrades there's two diamonds in the character info, how come I only have 1?

you throw a bomb in the smoke hole, and depending on the path you choose, There will be either the left diamond, or the right one.

I'm pretty sure I've found all the sapphires but it marks that I've found 9. Can anyone tell me all the locations of every sapphire?

1. Next to Persephone
2. At the gate that opens to the beach
3. Oil the robot near the entrance to the beach then go into the cave that it opens
4. Go into the water and find an area with bouncy pads, jump up those until you find the sapphire
5. Hit the rock next to the totem poll thing and a sapphire will come out
6. Inside fence next to the train
7. Blow up a cave near the train
8. Inside the geyser thing next to the train, blow it up to get the sapphire
9. Oil the train
10. Inside the prison next to the dock
