I am trying to get the achievement for maxing out a figure. I have done so with five figures, level 10, upgraded fully, and have the soul gems for them. But the game won't give me the achievement, any ideas?

It is a glitch - you can't swap characters during a saved game otherwise it does not record the achievement.

The work-around is to start a fresh save game and play with only one fig. Your best bet is one who is nearly leveled up but it cannot have the soul gem upgrade; that way it will not take long to level it up to the end.

Play the fresh saved game up to the point where you get Persephone and then finish leveliing up your char.

During one period of playing in the saved game? Or swapping at all in the saved game in general? And also, does 'all upgrades' mean one upgrade path, or both?

My understanding of the glitch (as I don't own the XBox version yet) is one char for the entire saved game, not just a session.

And all upgrades means one path but don't try the work-around with a char with the soul gem based upgrade done or it won't work.

I suggest you trawl through the prior threads as there is a topic where I provided some links to details on the workaround.

I can't find them readily with the search but the thread title is obvious (the name of the achievement by memory).
