I am trying to get the achievement for maxing out a figure. I have done so with five figures, level 10, upgraded fully, and have the soul gems for them. But the game won't give me the achievement, any ideas?

Wow strange??? I did not get mine till I leveled up my second Character!

First question I guess to ask, and its likely one of those dumb ones such as "Is it plugged in?"

You have ownership of the figure for the save file you are using?

Yes, I do have ownership of all of them. Just seems weird to me, I did reset flameslinger today, maybe that will work...

Odd. I'll check my PS3 as it has the same acheivement. Honesty I don't really pay attention to them all that much. I have multiple characters at 10. See if I can test anything for it.

Do you do co-op at all? If so, a second played (or "guest") even so much as touching your FIRST character can screw this achievement up for good on your current saved game. Even if that's not how you did it, the result was the same. However, there is a fix, and it's not so hard to do.

First, create an alternate XBL ID. Pretty easy to do, and necessary. Move any figure to that ID, reset it, claim ownership. Chop Chop and Stump Smash are the best choices, and I'll explain why a little later.

Second, start a new saved game on your main ID. Advance in the game up to the point where you encounter Persephone.

You'll need a Soul Gem for whatever character you reset to start this whole process. Since Stump Smash and Chop Chop are available right out of the gates, that's why I suggest them.

Save up all the gold you need to completely max out the character you're using.

Bring over the character you reset and changed ownership on.

Change ownership back to your main ID.

Buy every upgrade in one sitting, back-to-back-to-back-to-etc.

The achievement should trigger. It seems a rather convoluted process, but it works. It's what I did to get the trophy on PS3 when the same thing happened to me.

Your main saved game CANNOT trigger this achievement anymore, no matter what you do. It's a serious and frustrating glitch that takes some time to work around, but is still possible.

....and there we go with a PS3 User. Saves me from likely having done a similar check with another alternate ID.

The fix is the same for both consoles. I know, because I used a 360 guide to fix it for myself on PS3.
