Crash Bandicoot's reference in Skylanders? [CLOSED]

So, do you remember the Eternal Undead Source? Well, am I the only one who thought it is very similar to the Cortex's face, a character of the Crash Bandicoot's franchise? Here's a comparison:

Do you think Toys for Bob wanted to make a sort of cameo of the Crash series in this game? After all, it is not the first time in the Spyro's series that we see cameos like this.

Also, whe I saw for the first time this Cortex's cameo (if it is a real cameo, we still don't know, unless someone can try to ask this to Toys for Bob), I laughed so hard: I didn't expect to see him...."dead" smilie

There's more. The fists that close behind you are identical to the closing fists in the first game (don't remember the level, but it's on island 2) and the time twister has a picture of a relic.
