Who would you like to see added into it? Personally I would love if they made Sheila, Agent 9, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley, Bianca, and Hunter. That would really be amazing as long as they had nice character designs. What do you think?

Don't like if they put Spyro characters in Skylanders, I think that just Spyro, Cynder , Flame and Sparx are enough.

Is Flame really in it? I haven't seen him.

I'd like to see them keep the current Spyro figures in the game, actually make it so all of the old figures are useable with the new game. However, I don't think there's any need to include any more Spyro stuff, instead they could tap into some other properties they own like Crash Bandicoot, or better yet, Warcraft/Starcraft characters. Diversify. Since the power of the portal allows dimensional travel, there really is no limit.

Oh, and online multiplayer/pvp. VERY needed.

Oh yeah! Crash would be awesome! And I do agree, I wish there was online play! None of my brothers like the game so I have no one to fight DX

As much as I would love to see Moneybags, Agent 9, or the Apes return, I'm cool with Skylanders being its own series with only a few Spyro references.

I am hoping for Malefor to appear in Dragon's Peak, though. If that doesn't happen, I'd love to see him as a minor villain in the next possible game.

Malefor would be cool! But they said he was in the Land of the Dead in Hex's description didn't they?

In some Skylander vids, there are clips of a sunny temple-like area with dragon statues, possibly Dragon's Peak. In at least one or two of those clips, the Skylanders are fighting some skeletal/undead soldiers. Malefor is a dragon. Dragon's Peak is about dragons. It looks like one of the enemies will be undead. Malefor is the undead dragon king ... That's my logic.

Yeah i noticed the Temple area thing as well, also, in Drill Sergeants vids, there is an ice area, obviously Empire of Ice pack

I'd prefer to see some of the old characters come back too. I think characters like Hunter, Agent 9 and Sheila would be a huge hit. As would Elora.

I agree. I got Skylanders 3DS for Christmas and I can't remember enjoying a game more than this one. It's excellent pure fun!

Well call me nostalgic I guess. I just can't let go of the past and miss the old characters. They were a huge part of my childhood. And oh duh! Elora of course. I completely forgot her. I knew I was missing someone. Spyro would be in quite the awkward situation with Elora and Cynder, huh?

Heh, that would be pretty amusing to witness (if, of course, Cynder still has feelings for him here).

The thing is, Skylanders is still part of the Spyro franchise, and quite possibly will continue to be.

^ What about all of his shadowy minions from the beginning of the game? This is a small, useless detail, but you'll notice some of those guys getting blasted away along with the Skylanders when the core blew up.

I wish they made little play sets... In addition to the figures themselves. I was seriously deprived of Spyro toys as a child. Considering they almost never made anything. Like Bash with his Triceratops Helmet thing and enemies from the game and little play set areas would be cool.

Dunno if anyone's said it yet or not, but I badly would like to see Elora back in the Spyro (or any) franchise. Sheila and Bianca would be fun to see again, too.

I Totally agree online multiplayer/pvp would be awesome. I mean you have the battle system too and you should be able to battle other Portal Masters on your respectful game system.

I'd like them to develop more characters for the game they could even introduce new elements. They could do light and darkness unless you all consider undead and life light and darkness, but it would be awesome, if they decide to come out with a sequel.

I'd like to see official articulated versions of the new Skylanders, possibly 4 player Co-Op but I doubt they'd add online. I couldn't see a successful port of the Wii's terrible online system onto other consoles; assuming that any squeal would also be a Wii port.

It might be good if each Skylander unlocked more to your game as well. I've seen people who've bought the game but decided against buying more than the starter pack figures because they don't think that new characters unlock much; which is true in a way. Maybe a system where you, as a 'Portal Master' have stats that change depending on the Skylanders you have and give you advantages; kind of like how having multiple Skylanders of the same element increase the damage that Skylanders of that element do in elemental areas.

One thing that I don't doubt is that they'll do something with the elemental system. If they want you to use your old Skylanders in any sequels, then they'll change the elemental gate system. If you already had one Skylander of each element from the SA, then you could complete the game without buying any new figures. Or, they could not change it at all and just say "You can't use old Skylanders to unlock elemental gates" which wouldn't really make any sense in the plot.

You know what would be cool as well?

Is when you level up certain things on the Skylander's Spyro Universe with your character those attributes are added to your character in the video game. So when you get +1 agility it would then be added to your character in the game.

Yes, I agree with bionicle2809 some Co-op or online campaign would be great!
Even some kind of hub or meeting place where players can meet. Kinda like Spyro Universe on the PC

I really don't wanna see this whole battle system, PVP stuff....I think enough franchises already do this. (probably would be the easiest to implement)

This, so much.

I find it disappointing how little the figures actually unlock overall. Stat boosts aren't all that exciting, neither are additional 'bonus' quests. I know a lot of people who refuse to buy anymore figures due to this.

Oh, and I'd also they rather not bother with PVP too much. Online or not, I'd rather they focus more on actual gameplay instead.

Nothing wrong with Spyro being in this game, but they shouldn't call the sequel Spyro's Adventure.

Maybe they should make a couple more elements,and group some of the "lost skylanders" (such as that chinese dragon) into them.
Hey! Gives me a topic idea.

I'd like to have the game have more exploration. Plus I would like to have a computer player option in arena rumble mode so that you wouldn't have to find another person to play with.

honestly i think they should A. add new characters....no dupes allow for character migration and keep levels earned in the first one....and B. online play

More free-roaming exploration would be an awesome idea. Have a mode dedicated to no plot. Just exploring, discovering, and fighting. Like a free-roam area filled with little mini-quests and hidden secrets.

I think, for the sake of making this into a much more fun party game, they could add a bit more to PVP. Not so much that it takes over the game as a whole, but enough to make things a little more fun.

I agree no need to have Spyro in the title anymore. Did not even really need his name in the first one.
I guess to grab the Spyro fans tho.

Much rather see Skylanders II Rise of Kaos or Ignitor's Quest (well something like that)

A little less isometric and a little bit more of a third-person camera. Maybe more references to classic Spyro like Avalar.
