"I love shopping" cheevo not unlocking? [CLOSED]

I have purchased at least 1 upgrade for 3 of my Skylanders and the "I Love Shopping" achievement still hasn't unlocked. Any help would be much appreciated.

You have to buy all the upgrades for at least one character in order to get the achievement.
