Mac Players (issues?) [CLOSED]

Anyone else trying to play this on a Mac and having tons of weird stuff happening with their portals and game play? Just wondering if I'm the only one having it disconnect the portal all the time. Been trying to fix it for 2 days now and come up short.

3 of my figures are now broke because the mac and portal of power screwed them up. They wont register on the Xbox version of the game at friends' houses. Activision's warranty wont let me register for more than one broken figure. So only one of the three will be replaced. Any ideas on getting them to honor the other two?
