I seen on another Video game footage that he said Something for a specific skylanders that I also have but he's never said it on the PS3 versin of Skylanders.
Does he say a different line on each console?

Yeah, if you put a different Skylander each time, he will compliment on the appearance. He has one specific line for each Skylander. It should work, it worked at my Wii.

Quigley says different quotes for each Skylander:

Spyro - "Haven't I seen you someplace before?"
Terrafin - "Hey Shark-man! Didn't you forget something? Like the ocean?"
Ghost Roaster - "P-p-p-please don't e-e-e-at m-m-me. I-i-i'm not a ghost, I s-s-s-swear!"
Whirlwind - "A horn that shoots rainbows? Neato! Where can I get one of those?"
Prism Break - "So... do you poop diamonds?"

lol The Prism Break quote is my favourite.

When he said this to prisim break I slowly looked over at my husband and exclaimed "This is why this game is AWSOME!!"

his norwegian voice is so annoying argh me and my friend where torturing him endlessly!!!

Drobot - "Woah! Are you from the future?"
Sonic Boom - "So, are you a lion with a birds head or a bird with a lions body?"

Dark spyro doesn't seem to have anything though. He just starts talking about other characters like Hugo. I'm surprised they didn't just have the same line as spyro.

I might not have all these completely right, but it's along these lines.

Zap: "Whoa! Should I get you a towel or something, mister?"
Flameslinger: "How can you see where you're going with that thing over your eyes?"
Chop Chop: "Just how old ARE you, mister skeleton?"
Bash: "Wow, I thought you were a boulder at first!"
Voodood: "Watch where you're swinging that axe, buddy!"

I love the one about Whirlwind. It makes me giggle. My roomate thinks I'm nuts.

Boomer - "My mom said I'm not supposed to hang out with you."
Gill Grunt - "Hey fish man, do you sleep with your eyes open?"
Drill Sergeant - "You're an Arkeyan robot aren't you?"

Stealth Elf: I've heard you can disappear. Please teach me how to do that!

Quigley is an interesting 2-second distraction. I just wish his voice was't annoying.

Why do so many shows, movies, and games need children that have such annoying voices? Real life kids have at least slightly BEARABLE voices.
