2nd hat in Darklight. [CLOSED]

I have completed farklight, but can not get the 2nd hat. I can see it before you fight Occulus. But there are blocks in the way, and you can't go in in the ghost world. Can anyone please tell me how to get that hat?

After defeating Occulus, you can use the ghost pads to switch and go back to get it.

I actually got caught on the exact same spot. I tried to find a way to get it for about 10 more minutes! Then I finally gave up and beat the boss. Then when that jump pad opened back up I was like: DX noooooo so much wasted time!!!
