Walmart.com is now listing dates the new characters will be released.
They show Camo as being released on 11-29, with the other 6 new characters being released on 12-4.
Could be placeholder, but still some news is better than no news.

Urgh, it confuses me that the dates are the other way round in the US...
And if only Camo was released on the 29th!

I don't think there are any hard and fast release dates. Just approximate times/months of release and whenever they get shipments. It might depend on how well the current single pack characters are selling. If they don't reorder then they might not get the new ones at that particular store.
They seem to be keeping facebook up to date so I would just keep an eye out for when they post photos of new characters and such.

Even if there is an official release date we can rely on Walmart to release them early anyway.
