Why does this keep happening? [CLOSED]

Another one of my Skylanders stopped working (Bash), and I only got it today. What is the reason for them to "break"?

If you're playing the PC version and experiencing one too many problems/glitches then it will more than likely come from the game itself. As in, when the Portal keeps reading the memory chip inside the Skylander.

More than often the problem lies with the Portal.

wow. and i thought it was only the starter pack ones that didn't work.... I'm finding all these stuffed up Skylanders kinda weird tho, it's kinda sad that SO many people have had stuffed up figures, it's not just 1 or 2. There's definately something up with that... But if it's happened TWICE either you have terrible luck, or there's something up with your portal. I've never heard of problems happening with non-starter pack characters, so I would say it's the portal.
