TRU in store event today [CLOSED]

So I went down to TRU to a national in store event for Skylanders. They had the game available for play. It also said that they were giving away gifts to participants. Needless to say they had the event at my local TRU but no gifts at all.

Did anyone else's store give out gifts?

I did get to try the game on the 3DS and I liked it. It's 100% different than the console version. And being able to jump makes a huge difference in the way the game plays.
