Someone did hear about this?
I went to TRU, Best Buy / Future Shop, Game Stop and I can't find her. The guy at TRU wasn't able to figure out why, since Whirlwind is out everywhere in the world.
So... someone knows something about this?

If she's out everywhere in the world, that would include Canada.

According to my calculations... provided my math is not off... Canada is part of the whole world.

I think she's asking if anyone knows where she is in Canada, if anyone knows. It's pretty obvious that Canada is a part of the world.
I'm in the USA, so I can't help you. Sorry. :l

I may be confused, but isn't Whirlwind the exclusive Target figure?

^Yes, but I don't recall Target being in Canada.
Then again, it's been about 9 years since I've been to Canada, so I might be wrong. |

Tesco is a partner of Target which operates stores outside of the U.S. Not sure if there is one in Canada, but you can check. If all else fails, can't you order from Target.com? |

Before ordering from internet, I wanted to know if I could find her in a store here but it seems that she is just impossible to find.
PS: Yes, I know that Canada is part of the world guys, thanks =P |

well Target isn't in Canada yet, but i heard that Sears was bought out by Target, so it should be here within the next few months or so...it would probably be best if you ordered it off the internet

The target site says it's an online only thing, Might go to a target later this week to get her, and to check about what target.com says. I live in America, just if anyone wants to know.

Ok guys. Here's the definite answer.
1. In North America, Whirlwind is indeed an exclusive at Target. 2. There isn't any Target stores in Canada for now. They plan on opening only starting in March 2013. 3. There is NO WAY to get Whirlwind in Canada as of now. 4. I called target and they DON'T ship to Canada, The only thing they offered me was shipping it to a friend in the US and having that friend ship it to me in Canada. 5. You'd better buy if off ebay, if you can spare the 15$ for it. This is it

I'd rather pay 15$ on eBay for Whirlwind and buy Drill Sergeant here at WalMart for 7$ for a total of 22$ instead of close to 40$ thanks (This ebay auction is insane =/)

Well, looks like I'm settling on Sonic Boom instead of Whirlwind.

You have to be more tactful with Whirlwind. She is an AOE, Hit and Runner type of Skylander. Her Armor is not up to par with most other Skylanders, but her power and speed more than makes up for it.
But to be effective with her you have to use her Tempest Clouds and rainbow shots carefully. I chose to upgrade her Tempest Clouds further and she can really, really be deadly when you max them all out. Plus her Soul Gem allows you heal allies. . . this makes her more on the lines of an auxiliary artillery type of skylander if you ask me. |

^This. Whirlwind is an amazing character, if you have the skill required to use her.

Yes, some characters are point and shoot, like Drobot, Trigger Happy, and Stump Smash. But some are more skillful type like Stealth Elf, Whirlwind, and Prism Break are harder to play with, but reap awesome rewards if utilized correctly.

Correct. You will have to adapt to the figure. Not all of them are simple point and shoot or attack figures. This is what I really liked about the game. Each figures requires very unique styles of gameplay. A neat skill of whirlwind is the heal ability which we use when trying to finish a chapter. Food is somewhat scarce and the heal ability comes handy at times when you figures life is really way down.
