It does have the names of the voice actors. It just doesn't tell us who voices who apart from the NPCs.

Btw, I finished the game today, watched the credits and...
I noticed the name of Sparx's old voice actor, Andre Sogliuzzo.

That's amazing! Sparx's old voice actor. That, for some reason, makes me more excited for a certain Adventure pack...

The game may prove me wrong, but the sound you hear in SSU is likely to be the only sound he makes.

When spyro says yahoo while charging it sounds like wolverine to me and then Steve Blum is listed as one of the voice actors.
