No, the console Starter Pack only contains Spyro, Gill Grunt, and Trigger Happy.

The 3DS Starter Pack contains Dark Spyro, Stealth Elf, and Ignitor. You have to buy the other Skylanders separately.

I meant I'd rather Gill Grunt, Spyro and Trigger Happy then Flameslinger, Stealth Elf and Dark Spyro.

I really wish people would stop using this face smilie at people. It's so... I dunno, condescending? It makes the one using the face look rather arrogant. Not everybody knows everything all the time.
