Platform Peril? Reminds me of a level from Donkey Kong Country (Platfrom Perils).

Platform Peril is a name given to the two challenges in this game (first in Crop Circle Country, second in Thieves' Den) which involve gliding from platform to platform, activating various switches to move them about until you reach the top where you'd have to defeat an enemy for the dragonfly. The reason why they probably haven't easily been noticed is because they are well hidden - the first high up inside a wall and the second behind a cracked wall.
