Sunrise Spring - Mushroom Speedway
Midday Garden - Icy Peak and Sgt. Bird's Base
Evening Lake - Frozen Altars and Fireworks Factory
Midnight Mountain - Crystal Islands and the Sorceress's Lair

Easiest Levels:

Sunrise Spring: Mushroom Speedway and Buzz's Dungeon
Midday Garden - Icy Peak
Evening Lake - Frozen Altars and Bentley's Outpost

Favorite
Sunrise Spring: Sunny Villa and Molten Crater(?), and the boss, I loved that dragon with the rainbow... I used to replay that level all the time just to see it! Cloud Spires was also fun.
Midday Garden: The snow level. I like snow levels. The boss was a good challenge as well.
Evening Lake: FIREWORKS FACTORY!!! The boss was good.
Midnight Mountain: Crystal Islands and Scorcerress Battle.

My favourite levels are Bamboo Terrace ('cause it brings out the Chinese culture and the pandas are cute), Charmed Ridge ('Cause of the light-hearted, up-beat music and the level is in a fantasy-like layout) and Fireworks Factory ('Cause it's a mixture of Chinese and Japanese cultures). I don't think there are easy levels other than Sunny Villa from the Sunrise Spring Home.

It's hard to tell whether Hunter or Bianca is telling the truth about worrying their butts off about Spyro. Bianca says that Hunter is scared and vise versa.

I think it was Bianca because of the way she sounded when she speaks to you at the start of the final battle: "Go on, Spyro, I KNOW you can do it!" she sounds real panicky, doesn't she!
