Well, we know there's apparently going to be 31 playable characters, and sure, Spyro's a given, but what about the rest?

When they mention weapons, I can't help but get this feeling they'll possibly bring Hunter back.

Well, it seem that no other Spyro characters are gonna be playable, possibly they'll be IN GAME, but not playable.

It also seems we're gonna have thirty-TWO playable characters now.

What we DO have as of now: (Will update as more are reviled)

1: Spyro- Of course.
2: Gill Grunt- some fish-guy with a harpoon
3: Stealth Elf- Her name pretty much covers it.
4: Terrafin- Some sort of shark...person...thing...
5: Chop Chop- A skeleton with armor and a sword.
6: Eruptor- a lava like monster.
7: Trigger Happy- some sort of...crazy monster that reminds me of those sun things Scorch sometimes throws at you in Year Of The Dragon.
(8: )We also have a currently unknown Griffon in the background of the trailer, which I must say, the design of him/her reminds me a LOT of Cynder: Black, grey marking on his/her head, and it looks like he/she even has those shackles on his/her legs as well...
(9: ) We also have the possibility of a water dragon, however I cannot get a good enough look to tell, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.
10: Ignitor- Well, uh, I'll just go with his bio on this and say: "On his first quest as a knight, Ignitor was tricked by a cunning witch into wearing a magical suit of armor that he was told would resist fire from a dragon. As it turned out, it was made of cursed steel. He journeyed to a dragon's lair where a single blast of fire transformed him into a blazing spirit, binding him to the suit of armor for eternity. Despite this setback, Ignitor remains a spirited knight who is always fired up to protect the lands from evil and find the witch that tricked him." hmm.
11: ???- some sort of tree person.
12: ???- Some sort of crystal person

Elora, Bianca, Shiela, Bentley, and probably Agent 9 will make an appearance. Maybe Cynder will appear in this game and be redesigned for this game.

I've having a secret hope that Flame and Ember make a comeback smilie

Also, probably never gonna happen, but what about the idea of "Template Models"? Like, plain figures that use the mechanics of the Dragon Generator? I always felt like they were gonna lead up to something with the Dragon Generator, though they never did...

Well, so far all we know is he'll have fire and charging, and it's biased off the originals, so I kinda doubt it, but hey, who knows? They might! I do have my hopes for at least a DarkSpyro skin cheat or something...

Basically? Yes, however you get EXTRA stuff with other other characters (with their figures) that I hear will all have their own backstory.

I'm with the majority here. I desperately want Elora back, but I'd love to see Sheila, Bianca, and the Professor as well as Red, Ember, Flame, and even Cynder (she doesn't really bug me outside of her DotD version).

Since only 6 out of 32 characters have been revealed so far, chances are that some of the older characters may appear but given new designs and personalities. I do hope that Spyro's old friends will appear just as long as they won't be ugly.

Yeah, though the fact that the story has it saying " Each of these heroes is a protector of an amazing, mysterious world", makes me think that the Spyro related characters will be strictly in Spyro's side of the home portal :/

Unless they've ACTUALLY revamped Cynder as a Griffon (Which, I'll admit, WOULD be interesting O.o)

I think I possibly saw some sort of water dragon in the background, but I can't get a good enough look to confirm it like the Griffon.

They'll just fill up the 30 spots with generic and uninteresting beasts, I've only seen one or two that I remotely like.

The fact that most of the new characters look quite generic disappoints me. I would rather they made a Smash Bros type thing in terms of characters, and have characters from both universes.....oh, sorry, the OTHER TWO universes!smilie

Still holding out for playable Moneybags and Ripto.....and Cynder.....

So far, besides Spyro the only other one I'm interested in is the Griffon smilie *SHOT!*

I saw a dragon similar to Cynder, not the Gryffon, I actually saw a four-horned dragon behind Gill Grunt or someone. It's only on for about a second.

Maybe the Water dragon I was seeing? Is it also behind Trigger Happy at 1:41? That one kinda looks like the dragon from those sketches we've seen to me.

Oooh, that Griffin and Dragon look pretty cool!! If only they were the characters revealed at launch instead of... Stealth Elf smilie I hope these characters become staple Spyro characters, though I think they'll be SKL characters.

Either way, the black Griffon actually brings a smile to my face knowing it's in the same game as Spyro, seeing as during the time AHT came out, I had a black Griffon fan-character by the name of Lune (Lue-nay), but he kinda "died" when TLoS came out and I just couldn't...I dunno, find a place for him. And the black Griffon here reminds me of him <3

((Also, anyone mind telling me how to put up pictures without links? Cuz I think doing that would be better then me trying to describe every "Possibility" I see smilie ))

I guess they got it from that turtle minivans in Spyro 2- not in the trailer and many of the images there are turtles walking around, they probably have something to do with the levels' design.

Yeah, but those guys are actually shown rather then easily missed in the background, and thus was thinking of waiting until we found out their names smilie
