It's true. I don't know when, but it was sometime during today, they deleted my topic. Really, Activision!

Yep, they did. But they just gave themselves away by doing so. They ARE making this game, and the test title was "Spyro's Kingdom".

A lot of companies have been cracking down on leaks and what-not lately...

I don't see why they can't just tell us already. It's not like they have other important games to attend to and advertise like crazy.

Hmm ok now this is getting strange, why are they hiding the game so badly like its golden treasure? Hmm makes you wonder why they would go thru all that trouble to hide a game so badly, not even Polyphony studios who made GT5 hid the GT5 game like it was a huge secret especially with Forza motorsport 3 coming out before GT5, even the creator of GT5 said GT6 in already under way and they listen to their fans, now why is activsion going thru this trouble? Are we going to await something epic or a epic dissapointment?

Because Activision is the worst game company in the gaming industry? They probably don't expect us Spyro fans to wait forever till they feel like telling us what the next project of Spyro will be about.

Hmm i still wonder what do they have in store for spyro so much that they are hiding it from us so much? we probably wont find out till E3 of next year at least some info wouldnt kill them.

If they deleted the topic of the leaked info, then there's no point in stopping other Spyro fans from spreading it around.

thats for sure, but we'll see what happens we shouldnt rush them though they might be still finishing what they have planned but they dont want to announce it like this or too early, maybe they'll announce it like they with kirby, and Donkey kong at E3, to what i know nobody knew they were even working on those games till nintendo announced it at their E3 press conference it could be the same for spyro, you never know until they do announce it and we see for ourselves.

Just a note about original series VS Legend series: It was stated at some time during TEN or DotD or after the two that the company/ies would continue Spyro on the Legend of universe. "The Legend of Spyro" was a trilogy, and used to show that instead of going like the original four games did. This also showed that it was set in a new world, I think.

Am very interested in getting new info. I predict it either by Nov or after the New Year.


As for companies cracking down on leaks, I agree. Sonic 4 had a MASSIVE leak, and Sega freaked, trying to get all the stuff taken down. They failed because of the severity of it, but I was quite amazed. They also freaked when a screen shot of the multiplayer in Sonic Colors was leaked on Amazon.com, but something like 2 weeks later they gave us a video showing three stages of multiplayer.

O wow! Just my luck! The only gameing systems I have are wii and DS!

The title makes me wonder though... Spyros Kingdom...

It's been debated though, as the guy who stated that no longer works on Spyro, I believe.

They also deleted a few of the users' posts on there, on another topic, probably because they mentioned something Activision didn't want anyone to know. And I didn't see anything on their posts that spoiled anything.

Ugh, it's just starting to get annoying now. We already know, and they're trying to pretend nothing has happened.

Agreed with all above, if there's information on the internet they can't hide what people are saying. Those people are only repeating what's dotted around already, and Activision haven't removed any of that.

There's enough information leaks that the Game is definitely real, but is it going to be finished?

Hopefully. Though we got our hopes up (or some of us) for the Spyro 3D movie, and that was cancelled... there's always a chance. Hopefully because they've already spent a fair bit of time on it by the looks of it, they will keep it going.

It's coming in 2011. It sucks to wait, but a few more months to a year won't kill us. I mean come on, we've been waiting this long already, we can wait a little longer. I believe all it said was 2011. That could mean ealy 2011, in which case we don't have too long to wait. And even if it doesn't come out till fall 2011 I'm sure we'll get some more info, official or leaked before then.

It's guarantied to be the fall of 2011, since it is so close to December. and they have been working on it since summer to fall of 2009. Which means that they will need to finish the game and put it on public. If they don't they could loose a lot of money for nothing and gain nothing. So I'm pretty darn sure that it's going to be made.

I hope the game comes out. i mean like they cancelled that 2010 crash bandicoot game, they better not cancel this spyro game i mean whats wrong about a few leaks? its like they are scared of people finding out what the game is about.

In the world of Activision, a leaked info can probably get a person fired..

A person fired I'd believe but the cancelling fo an entier game they've been working on since 2009? That I doubt.

im guessing its got to be something so big that no game company has thought of or a huge jump towards spyros legacy that we've never seen him in, naybe it might be something huge again no body knew that kirby,donkey kong, the new 007 game, or the epic mickey game were really coming out till E3 hit so maybe spyro could be the same but hopefully its out on the PS3 as well since it is the system he started out in, Nintendo is already gonna have too many titles to be exclusive to them please let it not be spyro as one of them.

Omg my mind is racing. There might be another Spyro game!!! Now what I want to know is why that name? Spyro Kingdom? Either thats the code word for it until a better name comes up or it means something. Like an awesome dragon customization feature with Co-op as you journey around the dragon realms with other players like Final Fantasy Echoes of time...ON WIFI!...

Ok thats far fetched. I think I'm an MMO gamer without an MMO and I'm slowly dying on the inside. But still the Spyro fandom inside me doesn't care if its not! I LOVE SPYRO! Anyway, I just posted this after watching the vid on the first post, so can I get a recap on the information obtained?

That's the best way to ensure the game gets canceled. Stop revolving your lives around Spyro, kids. It'll come out when it comes out. In the meantime, try playing something else or, I dunno, going outside.

Yeah, there are other games I'm dying to try out that are going to released in 2011.

^ That's what I'm doing. In the mean time, I'm playing other games, and looking forward games like Pokemon Black and White, Epic Micky and Zelda: Skyward Sword. :D

And I think I'm the only person who is happy about the games only being released on the Wii and DS. I have both the DS and Wii, and this could be a sign that Activision is working with Nintendo or something. Nintendo is an awesome company, making so many great games, and if any company can save the Spyro series, it's Nintendo.

That, bothers me. But at least they're making a Spyro game. They don't have too, and they can always pull the plug at any time.
