ok y is this spyro game named year of the dragon can some one plz tell me.

It is named "Year of the Dragon" because that is the name of a festival where dragon eggs are brought and born. "Year of the Dragon" is the day the dragon eggs hatch.

And the game was released in 2000 which was the Year of the Dragon, so it seemed appropriate.

that is actully why becuse when i always rember becuse my brother was born in the year of soooo....
